Case dismissed for G&A client charged with violent felony
The client, a teenager, had been indicted in Manhattan for Class B and Class C violent felonies. As a result, he was facing a possible maximum sentence of 25 years in jail. His attorneys at The Law Office of Matthew Galluzzo wrote a strong motion to dismiss on his behalf, and rather than even attempt to respond to it, the prosecutors conceded defeat. As a result, on 4/18, the Supreme Court judge dismissed all charges against the client, and he still has no criminal record.
