Galluzzo & Johnson LLP file federal civil rights lawsuit on behalf of Angel Alvarez

On August 5, Galluzzo & Johnson LLP filed a federal civil rights lawsuit against the City of New York on behalf of their client Angel Alvarez.  Angel Alvarez suffered 27 bullet wounds during a block party in Harlem in August 2010, most of them at the hands of the NYPD, yet miraculously survived.  The NYPD arrested Mr. Alvarez and accused him of having attempted to shoot at police officers, but a Grand Jury later cleared him of all criminal charges in connection with the incident.  The link to the CBS News story is available here.
